Try out some of these challenges at home with your student!
- Warm-Ups: have your student demonstrate some of the exercises they do at school during our warm-ups. Do each exercise 10 times. (Ex: jumping jacks, squats, wall sits, burpies, etc)
- Sit-Up Challenge: your student has been building their abdominal muscles and attempting to beat their Personal Record. See how many sit-ups you can both do in 1-minute. Putting your feet under the couch is a great way to do this at the same time or if you’re alone.

- Daily Ab workout – focuses on your core (great way to help your student beat that Personal Record!)
- Daily Yoga – great for de-stressing and generating a bit of calm after a long day
