Fitness Challenges

Try out some of these challenges at home with your student!

  • Warm-Ups: have your student demonstrate some of the exercises they do at school during our warm-ups.  Do each exercise 10 times.  (Ex: jumping jacks, squats, wall sits, burpies, etc)
  • Sit-Up Challenge: your student has been building their abdominal muscles and attempting to beat their Personal Record.  See how many sit-ups you can both do in 1-minute.  Putting your feet under the couch is a great way to do this at the same time or if you’re alone.
  • Free Apps:
    • Sworkit- great circuit routines!
    • Daily Ab workout – focuses on your core (great way to help your student beat that Personal Record!)
